Individual Therapy for Adults and Teens

My approach to individual psychotherapy is collaborative exploration to deepen understanding of oneself- to truly make sense of why we think, feel and behave as we do. When we develop a compassionate perspective about our ways of being, we begin a process of profound healing that changes our relationship with ourselves and those we love.

Often we have developed coping beliefs and behaviors that helped us make sense of our experiences earlier in life but when carried into adulthood keep us limited and stuck. Insight and awareness of these coping strategies is the first step to evolving more adaptive and effective responses that allow us to expand into the fullness of our being.

Each therapeutic experience is unique. Whether you are searching for ways to change a recurring pattern in your life or are ready to address a destructive coping behavior that is no longer serving you, please reach out to me or another therapist for support. Peace and healing are possible.
